NeuroSales Performance Architecture™
A measurable 90-day pilot. Real behavior change. No wellness theater.
We install the ELEVATE™ protocols inside your existing methodology, instrument the behaviors that precede revenue, and hand you a readout that includes what did not move.

Readout
Honest results, including what did not move, and the next 90 days.
Measurement rigor
We publish what did not move.
- Baseline and endline on the same instrument, with a written hypothesis before we start.
- Leading indicators we can coach: sleep regularity, protected blocks, next-step rate, mutual action plan adoption.
- Lagging outcomes we do not control alone: win rate, cycle time, forecast accuracy, regrettable attrition.
- A control or comparison group wherever your organization can support one.
- Negative and null findings appear in the readout with the same prominence as gains.
Ethics and privacy
Participation is genuinely optional.
- All physiology tracking is opt-in and can be withdrawn at any point in the pilot.
- Opting out preserves employment, standing, and territory. This is contractual, not cultural.
- No biometric leaderboards, rankings, or individual physiology reporting to managers.
- Aggregate reporting only, with a minimum cohort size before any figure is shared.
- A data processing agreement is executed before the first measurement is taken.
- Physiology data is never used in promotion, compensation, or termination decisions.
