NeuroSales Performance Architecture™

A measurable 90-day pilot. Real behavior change. No wellness theater.

We install the ELEVATE™ protocols inside your existing methodology, instrument the behaviors that precede revenue, and hand you a readout that includes what did not move.

Engagement tiers

Three ways to run it.

Foundational

$60,000

  • One cohort, up to 20 sellers
  • Baseline and endline measurement
  • ELEVATE protocol training (PRIME, LOOP, CLEAR)
  • Six live labs across 12 weeks
  • Executive readout with honest negative findings

Standard

$95,000

  • Up to 40 sellers plus their frontline managers
  • Manager coaching track and call-review standard
  • Behavioral instrumentation inside your CRM
  • Twelve live labs and two office-hours streams
  • Mid-pilot course correction and full readout

Full Instrument

$125,000

  • Multi-cohort rollout with a control group
  • Custom measurement plan and pre-registered outcomes
  • Enablement handover so the standard outlives the pilot
  • Certification pathway for two internal facilitators
  • Board-ready readout and a published methodology appendix

Pricing covers design, delivery, measurement, and readout. Travel is billed at cost.

Twelve weeks

What actually happens.

  1. 01Weeks 1–2

    Baseline

Measurement, interviews, call sampling, and a written hypothesis.

  2. 02Week 3

    Launch

Cohort kickoff, protocol installation, manager alignment.

  3. 03Weeks 4–9

    Practice

Live labs, call reviews, deliberate-practice experiments.

  4. 04Weeks 10–11

    Integration

Behavior becomes standard; enablement takes ownership.

  5. 05Week 12

    Readout

Honest results, including what did not move, and the next 90 days.

Measurement rigor

We publish what did not move.

  • Baseline and endline on the same instrument, with a written hypothesis before we start.
  • Leading indicators we can coach: sleep regularity, protected blocks, next-step rate, mutual action plan adoption.
  • Lagging outcomes we do not control alone: win rate, cycle time, forecast accuracy, regrettable attrition.
  • A control or comparison group wherever your organization can support one.
  • Negative and null findings appear in the readout with the same prominence as gains.

Ethics and privacy

Participation is genuinely optional.

  • All physiology tracking is opt-in and can be withdrawn at any point in the pilot.
  • Opting out preserves employment, standing, and territory. This is contractual, not cultural.
  • No biometric leaderboards, rankings, or individual physiology reporting to managers.
  • Aggregate reporting only, with a minimum cohort size before any figure is shared.
  • A data processing agreement is executed before the first measurement is taken.
  • Physiology data is never used in promotion, compensation, or termination decisions.
