Everything on this site is educational content about performance, written for working professionals. It is not medical advice and it is not a substitute for care.
No diagnosis or treatment
Nothing here diagnoses, treats, cures, or prevents any condition. That includes anxiety disorders, panic disorder, PTSD, depression, insomnia, sleep apnoea, cardiovascular disease, and burnout as a clinical presentation.
Breathing and movement practices
Slow-paced breathing is generally low risk, but it is not risk-free for everyone. If you have a respiratory or cardiovascular condition, are pregnant, have a history of fainting, or have a seizure disorder, speak to a clinician before adopting a breathing practice. Exercise recommendations assume clearance for physical activity.
Sleep and stimulants
We discuss sleep timing, light exposure, and caffeine as performance levers. We do not advise on medication of any kind, including sleep medication, stimulants, or supplements. Changes to prescribed treatment are between you and your prescriber.
If you are struggling
Persistent sleeplessness, panic, intrusive thoughts, or thoughts of self-harm are medical matters and deserve proper care. Please contact a clinician or, in an emergency, your local emergency service. A sales framework is not the right instrument for that.
Evidence posture
We publish an evidence tier for every physiological claim we make, including claims we find useful but the field disputes. That is the honest limit of what we know.
