Privacy Policy

We collect the least we can. We do not sell personal data to anyone, for any price. Your assessment answers are not stored unless you choose to save your result, and even then we store the scores rather than the individual answers.

When you save an assessment result: your email address, your five domain scores, your composite score, your band, and whether you asked for the follow-up protocol.

When you use a form: the fields you fill in — typically name, email, company, role, topic, and your message.

When you simply browse: privacy-friendly, aggregate analytics with no cross-site tracking, no advertising identifiers, and no attempt to identify you individually. Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control signals are respected.

No biometric data, no wearable data, no device fingerprinting, no third-party advertising pixels, and no Google Analytics. Individual assessment answers are never transmitted or stored.

Our hosting and application platform, our database and authentication provider, and our transactional email provider each process data strictly to deliver the service. To limit abuse we store a one-way hash of your IP address with assessment saves; the address itself is never written down.

Lead and inquiry records are kept for as long as there is a live conversation, and reviewed annually after that. Assessment records are kept until you ask us to delete them.

You can ask for a copy of what we hold, ask for corrections, or ask for deletion. Write to adrian.provost@gmail.com and we will act within thirty days. There is no verification maze and no retention bargaining.

We use one preference cookie to remember your consent choice. Analytics runs only after consent where consent is legally required, and it is cookieless and aggregate either way.
