We collect the least we can. We do not sell personal data to anyone, for any price.

When you request a manuscript notification: your email address.

When you use a form: the fields you fill in — typically name, email, company, role, topic, and your message.

When you simply browse: privacy-friendly, aggregate analytics with no cross-site tracking, no advertising identifiers, and no attempt to identify you individually. Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control signals are respected.

No sensitive personal measurements, no device fingerprinting, no third-party advertising pixels, and no cross-site advertising identifiers.

Our hosting provider, our database provider, and our transactional email provider each process data strictly to deliver the service. To limit abuse we store a one-way hash of your IP address with assessment saves; the address itself is never written down.

Lead and inquiry records are kept for as long as there is a live conversation, and reviewed annually after that.

You can ask for a copy of what we hold, ask for corrections, or ask for deletion. Write to contact@transcendentalsales.com and we will act on the request. There is no verification maze and no retention bargaining.

We use one preference cookie to remember your consent choice. Analytics runs only after consent where consent is legally required, and it is cookieless and aggregate either way.
